Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your modular furniture purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition, unused, and unassembled
  • Include all original packaging, parts, and accessories
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Not be custom-made or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@ryxanordgharvynn.world with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Issue the refund to the original payment method
  • Send you an email confirmation when the refund has been processed

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may be required to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items without original packaging or missing parts
